What matters, why it matters, what happens next

01

Pipeline

Active

Quality leads and replies are now coming through the pipeline, including the CEO of Revolut Argentina, with other key decision-makers at Coinbase and Robinhood also working through the pipeline.

Blocker: Since May, LinkedIn has throttled this account to an observed 100 Sales Navigator messages and InMails per month.

Workaround: Currently building email lead-enrichment tools to capture work-email routes from alternative data sources.

Next step: Optimize follow-up cadence and copy to increase conversion with the limited LinkedIn bandwidth.

Detail

Previous outreach waves averaged 51 contacts on the days they ran. At their 10.1% positive-response rate, that pace would produce about five interested replies per active day after response lag, if the same pattern holds.

This is a planning comparison, not a forecast or a count of qualified conversations. Outreach must pass eligibility checks before it resumes.

02

Research

Sharpening
Confirmed Stack

Has implemented on-chain yield infrastructure with a named partner.

What remains unsolved: selection, governance, reporting, or risk.

Active Earn

Offers a yield or earn program to customers, but the partner is unnamed.

What caps the program's size: sourcing, approval, packaging, or yield.

Likely Evaluators

A payments, wallet, treasury or fintech platform that could benefit from on-chain yield.

What is the threshold to act: buyer urgency, implementation readiness, or a clear path to partnership.

Balance Surface

Holds meaningful customer or business balances.

What blocks adoption: liquidity needs, internal approval, or integration effort.

Blocker: It is hard to find public evidence linking a partner and customer with enough detail to understand the implementation.

Workaround: Mining blogs, news pages, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify and podcasts for additional clues.

Next step: Keep the pipeline running at max capacity.

Detail

These are overlapping research lenses, not proof of demand or final segments.

03

Product Concept

Live

The outcome-led product site is live. It starts with access, liquidity and buyer outcomes, with a simple policy preset and changeable controls behind them.

View the live product concept

Blocker: We have not reached enough customer feedback to know which outcome, positioning, or product shape creates real pull.

Workaround: Mine previous conversations for additional signal while leads move through the pipeline.

Next step: Please provide your feedback. Then let’s have Teija create a polished version to publish at an unlisted URL.

Detail

I’ll use the site as a concrete product probe in upcoming conversations and record which outcome, control or trust question changes the buyer’s decision.

NextSteps

  1. 01Refine the pipeline workflow to reach 8 qualified meetings and 2 design-partner commitments by the second half of August.
  2. 02Update the interview guide so each call focuses on what we still do not know.
  3. 03Fully automate the pipeline so it can continually add 20 leads per day well after the validation sprint.

Please share feedback on the microsite so we can make it customer-ready as soon as possible.
